Effective 13 October 2026
Terms of Service
These terms govern authorised use of the Orbit Social Manager hosted service, its optional operator clients, and this public product-information site.
Authorised use
You may use Orbit only with accounts, destinations and content you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy, rights, consent, disclosures, audience selection, destination and delivery time of content you approve.
Connected platforms
Connected social platforms are independent third-party services. Their terms, policies, permissions, limits and review decisions also apply. Orbit is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok or any other connected platform.
OAuth consent and provider access
A provider connection uses the provider's official authorisation process. Granting OAuth access does not by itself authorise a particular publication. A provider action also requires the exact approved media, copy, account, destination and time inside Orbit. You may revoke provider access through the provider's settings and request deletion of the corresponding Orbit credential.
Publishing actions
Planning, media admission, adapter code and provider acknowledgement are not proof of schedule or public delivery. Orbit records those states separately and treats only exact provider-native terminal readback as verified public delivery. If a provider outcome is uncertain, Orbit may hold the affected destination for reconciliation instead of retrying.
TikTok integration status
Orbit's TikTok direct-post integration is subject to TikTok's production audit, permission approval and ongoing platform rules. It is not represented as production-approved until TikTok grants access and an authorised live certification is complete. Orbit does not use browser automation or claim that a draft/upload is a published TikTok post.
Prohibited use
You must not use Orbit to access accounts without permission, bypass platform safeguards or review, send unlawful or infringing content, misrepresent provider evidence, distribute malware, expose credentials, or interfere with the service or another user.
Availability
Provider APIs, permissions, quotas and review rules can change. Orbit may modify, hold or suspend an integration when necessary to preserve security, platform compliance, duplicate prevention or accurate operational state. A scheduled or desired action is not guaranteed if required access or provider functionality is unavailable.
Content and media
You retain responsibility for and rights in content you supply, subject to the permissions needed to perform your requested delivery. Media in a controlled Google Drive folder remains subject to your Drive permissions and storage terms. Removing access or changing an admitted file may prevent execution.
Intellectual property
Orbit, its service code and interface remain the property of their owner. These terms do not grant ownership of a connected platform, its API or its trademarks.
No guaranteed provider outcome
Orbit cannot guarantee platform approval, upload processing, scheduling, publication, reach or monetisation. Provider-returned evidence is recorded as returned and must be reconciled when an outcome is uncertain.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Orbit is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
Access may be ended for misuse or policy requirements. You may stop using Orbit, revoke provider access and request deletion of applicable hosted credentials and account data at any time.
